I credit my huge teeth for my success.

by Lynn on February 27, 2012

I like to play tennis and golf,
but not at the same time.

Now that warm weather approaches,
I’m getting serious about fine-tuning my diet
so that I can play well enough to reduce my opponents to tears.

No, I’m not competitive.
Why do you ask?

The secret to my success is a diet heavy in calcium.
Luckily, calcium can be found in ice cream and frozen yogurt.

Problem is, this diet gives me a sugar rush…and then a sugar crash.
When I crash, I become incoherent and weepy.

Unfortunately, crying doesn’t strike fear into the hearts of opponents.
But this does…

Never underestimate the power of a face.

Tennis, anyone?

YOU, my friend, are trying to torture me aren’t you? LOL! I have to say that for me, I like finding my dairy in cheese. I love cheese. It’s my downfall really. And as far as that picture goes, I see nothing wrong with it. Hee! Hee! But I’m probably the wrong one to ask because I have way to many similar photos in folders on my computer.
Now let’s go play some tennis. You bring the ice cream and I’ll bring the cheese. HA!

I notice that in most of the above pictures the ice cream is all but buried under fruit and candy.

It’s good to know that you’re not only getting your calcium but also eating a very balanced diet in which most of the major food groups–ice cream, chocolate, and fruit–are well-represented. Just take time to eat an occasional doughnut so you get your carbohydrates as well.

Incoherent and weepy do not good tennis or golf partners make, or so I hear.

Those … ahem … calcium powerhouses … are exceedingly pretty.

Fortunately for me, I am not tempted by your pretty pictures, as my sensitive teeth make it very hard to enjoy ice cream. Please do not post any pictures of regular chocolate. Especially the Swiss kind. Thank you :)

I used to play tennis with my daughter until she got way better than me. Maybe I should have loaded up on calcium the way you do, Lynn! :)
